Michelle Goodwin - Video Portfolio

THE UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS

Created during my time as the in-house Videographer for The University of The Arts, these video series were designed to increase visibility and aid with advancement in collaboration with the UArts Communications department. Operating as one half of a two-person videography team, all videos were shot and produced by our small team. Shoots varied between traveling on-location or inside the custom studio we built. While working on a small team meant wearing many hats, my work often gravitated towards conceptual development and all things post-production. The success of these series can be attributed to the innovation, creation and collaboration of working in a small team with like-minded creatives.

For years, the music industry was made up of specialists. Tasks were compartmentalized and rarely did one hand know what the other was doing. Over the last 15 years, this has changed dramatically. New trends dictate that artists must have a stronger hold on the business aspects of the industry and businesspeople must be able to hold their own technologically.
